FIRM PROFILE: The firm traces its roots to 1974 when Robert M. Julian decided to start a new firm have been with preeminent New York and Houston firms. Shortly thereafter, he was joined by Mr. Seele. Mr. Davin joined the firm in 1984. After Mr. Julian's death in 1986, the firm had continued representing the maritime community as well as being involed in other areas of law. The firm has joined an international network of attorneys (ILFLAW.COM) to assist clients with questions of foreign law and in obtaining international legal representation as part of its continuing efforts to better serve its clients.
